Observation & Prediction:

A bunch of my FB fan pages got hit about 2 weeks ago and out of nowhere the “talking about this” dropped in half for about 75% of our fan pages. We didn’t do anything different or change anything from what we were doing. (btw we have reach to millions of people…so it’s vast across different niches.)

But FACEBOOK made a change.

This change is now making it harder to be seen organically for your fan page or content on FB. That means that they are in the process of selling more inventory (paid) than organic. They are going to force you to pay to play soon.

They have officially turned into Google as far as monetizing the $ *!% out of ad space and so this is just a friendly reminder that you have 12-18 months left to really rake it in with this whole Facebook thing.

Build those lists and make that money.

It won’t be around much longer and it’ll get super competitive very soon.

p.s. – we fixed that issue with FB dropping us in half by producing more content and buying some ads. duh.
