when you can learn to let go of your negative thoughts and patterns and find forgiveness, love and compassion for others and yourself…your true light within shines brighter than any star in the universe…allowing you to very simply create reality and create life to be how you want it to be.

that light is YOU…the magnificently infinite being with the ability to do whatever you want…to do what you’ve always wanted to do in life…to just DO YOU.

sometimes we get caught up by the external and we get caught up constantly try to seek happiness from the external…and that’s when we forget to look inside….where the real power exists.

science and technology are constantly making great strides to go discovering outer space, go discovering the depths of the oceans, create ways for us to be happy, create ways for us to look better, create ways for us to live forever through manipulation of nature and create ways for us to LIVE in these “virtual worlds” that in reality only really exist on a server somewhere.

now as much as I love science and technology….THAT reality is actually non-existant…it’s NOT real…because ALL of that stuff…and I mean ALL of it…already exists…right within us.

what we need to do is flip the universe inside out…where your inner self becomes the universe. where truth, peace and happiness simply resides inside of you…allowing you to be in flow with everything internal AND external.
